Return Conditions
Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, products for single-use, etc. cannot be returned.
Purchased products can be returned within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
Before the return process, the phone numbers listed in the contact information section must be called and the situation should be reported.
During the return, the product invoice, return form, accessories, and additional parts should be sent with the product in a way that will not damage the product and its packaging.
I don't have a credit card, how else can I make a payment?
You can use wire transfer or EFT for your payments. You can make a payment to our IBAN number below with the amount of your order. After making your payment, you can get confirmation from our number.
